The sleazy, stomach-churning universe of B-horror gets a big-budget makeover with "Grindhouse", a blood-drenched double feature from superstar genre directors Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez. Tarantino's "Death Proof" stars Kurt Russell as a deranged psychopath who goes on a murderous rampage in his souped-up roadster, while the Rodriguez-helmed "Planet Terror" sees a small town terrorized by hungry zombies. The three-hour gore extravaganza links the two films with 'fake' trailers for other B-features, one of which is titled "Werewolf Women of the S.S." Rose McGowan and "Lost" star Naveen Andrews are among the star-studded cast of this homage to old-school blood 'n guts.
